Cookie Policy
João's Organization · Last updated: 1 October 2026
This site uses a small number of cookies. Some are required to make it work; others are optional and only set with your permission.
Strictly necessary
Session cookies that keep your booking/checkout progressing correctly, sign-in cookies for the guest booking portal (set by Clerk, if you look up an existing booking), and fraud-prevention cookies during checkout (set by Stripe). This site doesn’t function without these, so they can’t be turned off — they’re not affected by the choice below.
Analytics & session replay (optional)
With your permission, we use PostHog to understand how our pages are used — page views, clicks, and an anonymised recording of how you interact with the page — so we can spot and fix problems and improve our site. This sets its own cookies to recognise you across a visit. Form fields likely to contain personal details (names, phone numbers, booking notes) are masked in any recording. You can decline this in the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or change your choice any time using the control below.
With the same permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic and where visitors come from. It sets its own cookies and is switched on or off by the same choice as PostHog above — there is no separate control for it.
Your choice
The banner shown on your first visit remembers your choice in this browser. To change it — including on a return visit where the banner no longer shows — clear this site’s data in your browser settings, which brings the banner back.
Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly in their own settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the guest portal or completing a booking payment.
See our Privacy Policy for how any data collected is used more broadly.
Changes to this policy
We may change this policy at any time, without prior notice, by publishing the updated version on this page.
