Uptime is calculated from the incidents we publish. A service is degraded when it is slow or partially failing and an outage when it is unavailable. We publish both, not just the second. A degradation costs a quarter of a day against the 90-day figure; an outage costs a full day.

Get told before your guests do
We email every incident the moment it opens and again when it closes. Pick only the services you care about — a webhook alert is noise if you do not use the API.
If an outage cost you a booking
Tell us. Commission and fees for the affected period come back without an argument, on every plan including the free one. You do not need to prove the loss — if our status page says we were down, that is enough.
This page is restyled but still runs inside the main RideLoop application and database — not yet a genuinely separate deployment, so a full product outage can affect it too. That independence is a real, disclosed gap, not a claim we make here.
