Support

Help that understands a shop floor, not a ticket queue.

Ask Miles inside the product, read a guide, or reach a person who has run a hire counter. Every plan gets real support, including the free one.

Four ways in

Start with whichever is nearest to hand.

Most questions are answered without waiting, and the ones that are not reach someone who can change something.

Ask in the product
Miles, our AI assistant, answers from your own account — your bookings, your fleet, your settings — on plans that include it. It never changes anything without a confirmation.
Guides
Short, task-shaped articles. How to add a tour, how to price a package, how to generate an API key.
Email
support@rideloop.co.uk. Written by people who can look at your account, with your permission, and see the actual problem.
Platform status
Every service, live, with a written note for every incident — nothing needs asking.

Getting started

Self-serve, when you’d rather not wait.

Most of what changes about your account is something you can do yourself, right now.

Bulk-add your fleet
Add a season’s worth of bikes in one pass, barcodes included, from Fleet → Bikes → Add in bulk.
A checklist that adapts
Getting Started shows only what’s actually required before you can take a real booking — nothing you can skip stays on the list.
Switch plans without a call
Upgrade instantly, or schedule a downgrade for the end of your billing period, from Settings → Subscription.

Something broken

If the platform’s at fault, you should hear it from us first.

Status is public and incidents are written up there. If an outage cost you a booking, say so.
