AI assistant and WhatsApp/SMS reminders add-ons
Subscription-level add-ons, separate from the bike add-ons (insurance, helmets, locks) guests choose at booking.
Depending on your plan, Miles, the AI assistant (a chat drawer that explains RideLoop's features and gives pricing advice) and automated WhatsApp/SMS booking reminders may be included for free, offered as a separately-billed add-on, or not offered at all — Settings → Subscription shows exactly which applies to your plan, with an "Add" button when it's available as an add-on.
New operators get a limited number of free AI assistant messages to try it during their first week, shown as a badge on the assistant icon, even without the add-on.
These are entirely different from the per-booking add-ons (insurance, helmets, locks, etc.) guests choose when booking a bike — those are configured under Fleet → Add-ons and have nothing to do with your own subscription.
