If your plan includes barcode scanning, every physical bike gets a printable barcode label. The Scan Station (Fleet → Scan Station) accepts input from any USB/Bluetooth barcode scanner acting as a keyboard.
Scanning an available bike shows a picker of bookings that need it, so staff can quickly confirm which guest it's going to. Scanning a rented bike checks it back in immediately.
