Managing your bike categories
Add bike categories, set pricing tiers, and track individual bikes.
A bike category (e.g. "Mountain Bike", "E-Bike") is the product guests book on your storefront. Add one under Fleet → Categories, with a name, description, photos, and specs.
Pricing is set as day-rate tiers (e.g. 1 day / 2-6 days / 7+ days) plus an optional additional-day rate for anything longer than your largest tier — a guest can book any date range, not just the exact tier lengths.
Individual bikes are tracked per category on the "Bikes" tab — each physical bike has its own size, asset tag, and status (Available/Rented/Maintenance/Retired). This is what powers real-time availability: a size is only bookable if you actually have a bike of that size in stock.
