Miles & Bella
RideLoop started with a dog. Meet Miles.
Miles joined Bruno on trail rides every weekend, and it was his favourite thing in the world — second only to his purple ball.
Sadly, Miles’ time with us was far too short. He passed away at just 4 years old after being diagnosed with a genetic disease. We did everything we could to save him, but eventually, it was his time to leave us. What stays with us, though, is everything he gave us: the adventures, the laughter, and those unforgettable weekends on the trails.
In honour of the incredible life he gave us, and the unforgettable rides we shared, we created Motacycles: a bike shop with its own rentals and tours, so that other people could experience that same sense of adventure, freedom and joy.
RideLoop is the software we built to make it all happen — and now, it is available to you too.
The memory of those rides is at the heart of everything we have built. Every booking, guest portal and trail day powered by RideLoop is designed to give someone else the chance to have an amazing day outdoors — to create the kind of memories, connection and happiness that we found on those unforgettable weekends with Miles.
That is also why our AI Assistant had to be called Miles. He was the smartest, brightest dog we have ever known, and so much more than a pet — he was a true member of our family. Naming our AI after him is our little way of keeping his spirit of adventure at the heart of what we do.
And don’t worry, Miles’ sister Bella is carrying the adventure forward. She is just as much an outdoor explorer and bundle of fun, keeping the love for the trails alive, boosting morale at the shop counter and inspiring the team behind RideLoop every day.
