Seat checks

Tours running short of seats are flagged against open quotes.

Questions

Frequently asked

Anything else, ask us in a 20-minute walkthrough.

What is RideLoop?

RideLoop is booking software for bike rental shops, guided tour operators and cycling holiday companies. It gives you a branded storefront for guests and an operator portal for your team, on one calendar.

Can guests book a specific bike size?

Yes. Availability is tracked per frame, so each size shows whether it is free for the chosen dates before the guest adds it.

Where does the money go?

Straight to your own Stripe account at checkout. RideLoop never holds your money, and commission is never charged on deposits or tax.

Can I take deposits and collect the balance later?

Yes. Guests pay in full or a deposit, and pay the balance from their customer portal. Holiday packages take a deposit now and the balance before departure.

Do guests sign waivers and verify ID online?

Yes. Waivers are signed during checkout or later from the customer portal, and Stripe Identity checks run while booking with the result shown on the booking.

Can I bring my existing bookings across?

Yes, migration is free. Send your fleet list and bookings spreadsheet and we bring them across.

Can I leave?

Yes. Bookings, guests and fleet export in full, and plans change month to month.
